When I first started with Ricky, I really didn't think three workouts a week was going to make much difference. Well I was wrong, it makes a big difference when you workout properly and at a good pace. I could really feel the difference in my core strength and balance just after the first few weeks. Ricky does an excellent job of planning the workouts to flow well and not be monotonous. He always takes time to make sure I'm doing the exercises properly and gives me enough time to recover between sets so I can complete the entire workout. Having a patient, consistent trainer like Ricky there to push me along and keep me on track really maximizes the benefit I get from my workout each week.
